What do you do with my house after you purchase it?

A lot of factors determine what exactly will happen to your property. We love fixing properties up and bringing them back to life. It is our favorite thing to do. Because we do a majority of our work ourselves we can't take on all the properties we buy. Some of them we clean up a little bit and resell to other investors just like us. 

We Flip houses, we hold and rent houses, and we will wholesale our properties to other investors as well.


Will I get a fair price for my property?

Most of the properties we purchase are below market value but usually carry some under lying burden. We are professionals in taking care of those burdens. We are looking to get a fair discount on the property for our expertise in these areas. Most property owners that work with us are looking for help to solve a problem or fix up a property they have. Most buyers find value in that we pay all cash, take care of all closing costs, no need for repairs, and they can leave unwanted items behind.


Why wouldn't I list with a real estate agent?

This is a great question. If you are looking to get top dollar for your home you absolutely should list it. Listing your property on the MLS is the best way to get the most for your property. You will need to go through the pains of getting the property to the Market. However, if you are looking to sell your property AS IS with no contingencies or inspections. You will get an all cash offer and we can typically close in two weeks or less. We are your company. 😊


How do you come up with your offer?

Many factors go into our No Obligation Offers. Location, condition, what repairs are needed, and comparable sales in the area. We combine all of these variables and combine the time that we will spend on the property to come up with our offer.
