What do you do with my house after you purchase it?
A lot of factors determine what exactly will happen to your property. We love fixing properties up and bringing them back to life. It is our favorite thing to do. Because we do a majority of our work ourselves we can't take on all the properties we buy. Some of them we clean up a little bit and resell to other investors just like us.

Most of the properties we purchase are below market value but usually carry some under lying burden. We are professionals in taking care of those burdens.
